We are the church of God which is in Montreal, that are the people who have been sanctified in Christ Jesus, the called saints, with all those who call upon the name of our Lord Jesus Christ in every place, who is theirs and ours. (1 Corinthians 1:2)

We are Jesus-believers. We believe in the Bible, in God, in Christ, in the Spirit, and in God's judicial redemption and organic salvation. We believe into Christ (Jn 3:16), the Son of the living God (Mt 16:16), and were baptized into the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit (Mt 28:19).

We are born-again Christians, regenerated in our spirit by the Spirit (Jn 3:3, 5-7) with the divine life, which is Christ (Col 3:4), to be the children of God (Jn 1:12, 13), having the divine nature (2 Pet 1:4) and to be the members of the Body of Christ (Rom 12:5), in the union of the divine life.

As believers, we are called Christians because we are men and women of Christ. We are one with Christ, not only belonging to Him, but also having His life and nature in an organic union with Him, and are living by Him, even living Him, in our daily life (foot notes of 1 Pet 4:16, Recovery version).

We are branches of Christ as the vine tree, the organism of the Triune God, to express the processed Triune God in bearing fruit for the increase of Christ (Jn 15:1-5, 8, 16).

We believers keep the pattern set up by God in the Bible to have one church in one city (Acts 8:1; 13:1; Rom 16:1; 1 Cor 1:2; Rev 1:11; 2:1, 8, 12, 18; 3:1, 7, 14). We meet as the church on the ground of the locality where we are and stand, and we receive all kinds of genuine believers in Christ (Rom 14:1-6; 15:1-7).

As Christians, we are committed to a living faith in Christ the Word of God, and we believe that the Bible is the complete Word of God.

We are for the Lord's recovery, standing on the ground of oneness in the Lord, and we are building up the temple of our glorious Lord.
